The company was founded in 2016 by the Blazvick family, a long-standing name in the culinary industry of fabrication. The Blazvick’s have over 30 years of consistent, not combined, experience in commercial kitchen, design, fabrication, and service. CHAR® focuses on front of house commercial appliances that promise to give a real “WOW” factor along with a Radiant experience for the customer while producing the most exciting food products available. Las Vegas brings a unique perspective when designing culinary equipment. The 24/7 use and nonstop operations means that products must be designed and manufactured to the highest level of standards. All CHAR® Products are just that: heavy duty engineered designs which allow extreme use daily while holding an appeal that brings the front of house alive.

3D modeling technology, state of the art fabrication techniques, and highly trained skilled craftsman allow CHAR® to bring any imaginative idea to reality. They design, engineer, and test to NSF, ETL, and/or UL standards as needed for each product and have even developed/patented several products which bring a creative appeal to the culinary world. Working closely with design consultants, our team can engineer any custom one-off product needed.
